SPIN achievements throughout its history
We demonstrated that an intra-ruminal bolus with trace minerals and vitamins (All-Trace) applied at dry-off, allowed to significantly improve milk production by almost 1.8 liters per cow/day, reducing somatic cell counts
A series of 4 demo trials with Levucell SC confirmed its effect on improving fiber digestion, and the production of milk, fat and protein in grazing cows.
A study with 180 high-production grazing cows showed that the application of an intra-ruminal bolus with trace minerals and vitamins (All-Trace) at dry-off represented an increase of 336 liters of milk during lactation with an increase of 15 percentage points in pregnancy.
The use of Veo (complex mixture of neuromodulatory volatile substances) in the feed of birds subjected to heat stress allowed higher feed consumptions and lower mortalities
A publication in the 27th Discover Conference “Strategies for Improving US Dairy Cattle Welfare” summarizes the work in Colombia with the use of Veo in dairy farms.
